The Torgan Group

The Torgan Group was founded in the early 80's by Eli Swirsky and Sam Cohen. Torgan quickly established itself in the forefront of commercial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area and other parts of Ontario. Torgan has been involved in the development, ownership and management of over 70 commercial projects totalling over 3.5 million square feet. Torgan's commercial projects include: - Medical centres - Retail Plazas - Indoor shopping malls - Office buildings, and - Courthouses Torgan is the largest privately owned developer and owner of medical centres in Ontario. Torgan is also known for the construction of the Pacific Mall in Markham, Ontario. At over 270,000 sq. feet, Pacific Mall is the largest Chinese mall in the western world and a recognized tourist destination.
