Trevor joined Form in October 2018 as a Senior Associate with a focus on leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining Form, Trevor worked at Westbank – one of Canada’s most prominent real estate development firms. Trevor’s work at Westbank provided him valuable exposure to all aspects of the development and operation of complex mixed-use projects. During his tenure, Trevor’s initial role was executing on the marketing strategy and lease-up of three purpose-built rental residential projects, consisting of over 250 units. Trevor then moved on to overseeing Westbank’s commercial leasing and was directly involved in over 50 transactions, playing a particularly key role in the TELUS Garden, Vancouver House, Kensington Gardens, and Ironwood Plaza projects in BC and 1200 Stewart in Seattle, Washington. Trevor has the experience to assist in all aspects of the commercial leasing and sale deal process – from marketing and proformas to lease negotiation, permitting and construction coordination. Trevor adds value through providing in-depth market knowledge, an extensive list of industry contacts, and a creative approach to deal-making. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Real Estate from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
