Subsequently, at the beginning of March, City of Surrey passed the 4th reading for the area, and continues to work on the Phase 2 planning in regard to new bylaws, infrastructure, environmental plans, road widenings, etc. These recent developments give South Campbell Heights stakeholders further confidence and certainty in the potential for industrial development in the upcoming years.
