This is the 2nd phase of a two phase project which will include over 1 million sq.ft. of office space in two office buildings, 50,000 sq.ft. of retail space, a 25,000 sq.ft. health club, and 30 residential units. A six-storey atrium fitted with natural light integrates urban art and urban amenities. Building systems are controlled by 5 stand clone computers. The building boasts 9' ceilings, 4.5 watts sq.ft. of cooling capacity, a decentralized air handling 2 shuttle and 1 freight elevator.
