Building also known as 62 Cumberland Street. The building exterior is predominantly bronze coloured glass accentuated by sand coloured pre-cast concrete panels. The size core design of the building, and the fact that there are only six internal columns ensures that each floor is readily adaptable to office space planning. There are three elevators that service the tower, and washroom facilities are located on each floor. A dual air conditioning system and the double glazed windows allow for proper humidity and climate control. Renovations have been completed to common areas, main lobby, washrooms, and elevators. Easy access to the TTC is available at the Bay subway station located across the street. Automobile access to all parts of the city is available along Avenue Road, Yonge, and Bloor streets.
