Washroom access would be through main room, shared with other tenants. Doorways into space are 112" tall by 72" wide. Gantry crane in room. 122" clearance to bridge. Unknown exact electrical power but it is substantial as previous building occupants were a heavy fabrication shop (see video link). About eatART: The eatART Foundation (Energy Awareness Through Art), is an educational charity that fosters the creation of large-scale, technically sophisticated art projects by supporting a diverse community of artists, engineers, fabricators, and students. The creation and deployment of the art projects we support demonstrates the value of working with technology and art. We use art to educate people about the role energy plays in our lives and to raise questions about the social and environmental impact of energy use. Preference given to aligned organizations or individuals.
